I’ve been working in IT for about 20 years now. I started answering phones on the help desk and have made my way up to Senior System Engineer. These days I’ve been mostly supporting Azure / Microsoft 365 and try to use PowerShell whenever I can. When I come across an issue that takes some effort to figure out, I try to document it here in the hopes that I save someone else the headache.
